Kaumarabhritya Department (Paediatrics)

Introduction
‘Kaumarbhritya’ word is derived from two words i.e. "Kaumar" means children and "Bhritya" means to take care of. This department deals with preventive and promotive aspects of health in fetus, infants, children and adolescents.
Aim
• To give healthy and highly intellectual children to the society.
• To educate the mother and guardian regarding scientific baby care.
• To inculcate the skills of pediatric management in students through Ayurveda and contemporary science.
