Guidelines for Reporting Of New Admission...

  • All India Quota Central Admission : New Admission must be reported at G. J. Patel Ayurveda College, V. V. Nagar, within 10 days from the date of Admission.
    State Level Central Admission : New Admission must be reported at G. J. Patel Ayurveda College, V. V. Nagar, within 3 days from the date of Admission.
  • For the reporting of new Admission, college working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM To 05:00 PM.
  • For reporting of admission below listed documents must be carried :
        Original Documents to be carried :
             1) Leaving Certificate.
             2) 12th Marksheet.
             3) 10th Marksheet
             4) Admission Order & Payment Receipt.
             5) NEET Marksheet (Xerox).
             6) NEET Admit Card.
             7) AADHAR Card(verfication purpose).
             8) 2 passport size photo.
             9) Domicile Certificate.
           10) Cast Certificate (if applicable).
           11) Freeship Card (if applicable).

    Two set of photocopies of all documents - self attested.

  • Payment of fees can be done by Cheque/DD only, in favour of ‘G. J. Patel Institute of Ayurvedic Studies And Research Center’ payable at ‘New V. V.Nagar’.
